A fully baked, fully sliced soft white bap, approximately 122mm in diameter, topped with flour. The baps are supplied frozen
To thaw: Remove the packs required from the box and lie flat. Allow to thaw at room temperature for approx. 1 hour. As an alternative, microwave product from frozen on full power for 30 seconds (600W), changing the position of the buns after 15 seconds. Remove from the microwave and allow buns to stand for 45 seconds before using.
