Description: 18 Individual portions of baked rhubarb and apple fruit filling topped with crunchy crumble.
Preparation: Can be eaten hot or cold. If cold defrost thoroughly before serving. If hot - best results if reheated from frozen.
1. Place container on a plate.
2. Microwave from frozen on full power for approximately 20 seconds (950 watt microwave).
3. Secure the top of the container with the forefingers and push the pudding from the base using thumbs.
4. Place on a plate with the fruit at the base.
5. Microwave from frozen on full power for a further 55 seconds (950 watt microwave).

Ingredients: FRUIT FILLING (of which 50% rhubarb & 33% apple): Rhubarb, apples, sugar, modified waxy maize starch. CRUMBLE: Wheat flour, vegetable margarine (palm & rapeseed oils, water, palm stearin, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavouring), sugar and cane molasses, butter.
