Description: A moist almond flavoured sponge slab cake with cherry pieces, topped with a sprinkling of sugar pearls. This cake comes pre cut into 19 portions.
Preparation: Defrost before serving. Once defrosted use within 72 hours.

Ingredients: Cherry and almond flavoured sponge (98%): Caster sugar, cherry mix (cherries (98%) [whole and broken cherries, glucose fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid, colour: erythrosine], wheat flour), wheat flour, pasteurised whole egg, rapeseed oil, water, Sponge mix (modified waxy maize starch, milk protein, raising agents: diphosphate; potassium carbonate, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate; polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, wheat protein, sugar), humectant: glycerol, natural flavouring.
