Description: A rich and moist fruit cake, pre-portioned into 14 portions.
Usage: Defrost for around 8 hours before serving. Once defrosting store in an airtight container and use within 72 hours.

Ingredients: Sultanas (36%), sugar, wheat flour, mixed citrus peel (9%) (orange, lemon, glucose syrup, sugar, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide; acidity regulator: citric acid), cherry pieces (9%) (cherries, sugar, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide; acidity regulator: citric acid; artificial colour: erythrosine), liquid pasteurised whole egg, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, palm stearin, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural butter flavouring), sherry (17% abv contains sulphur dioxide), cane molasses, humectant: glycerol; whipping cream, artificial colour: ammonia caramel; salt, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium hydrogen carbonate.
