Description: Packed with red chillies, red bell peppers and garlic to create the perfect blend of sweetness and heat. The new blend will take Thai dishes to a new level with its inspiring, smooth flavour. Ideal as a dipping sauce or for pouring over meat, fish and vegetables
Preparation: Mix well before use.Use as a dipping sauce with traditional Oriental starters such as prawn crackers, spring rolls, fish cakes, vegetables in tempura batter or crudités.
Ingredients:Water, Sugar, Glucose-fructose syrup, Pickled chilli (5%) (Red chilli, Salt, Vinegar) , Acetic acid, Pickled garlic (3%) (Garlic, Water, Salt, Acetic acid, Citric acid), Modified maize starch, Garlic puree (1.5%), Chilli paste (1.5%), Salt, Dried red pepper, Colour (Paprika extract).
