Description: Gyoza Japanese style pork dumpling. Deep frozen product.
Preparation: For best results, cook without prior defrost. Pan fry: Pour 15ml of oil into a frying pan and heat. Add frozen product and fry for 2 minutes. Then pour 60ml of water into the pan. Boil for 2 minutes with lid. Take the lid off and boil again for 1 minute until the water boils away. Deep fry: Fry at 170°C - 180°C for about 2 minutes 30 seconds. Boil: Boil for about 3 minutes 30 seconds into simmering water.
Ingredients: Vegetable 31% (cabbage, onion), wheatflour, pork meat 19%, water, pork fat, salt, bread crumbs (wheatflour, salt, yeast), garlic powder, wheat gluten, flavour enhancers (E621, E631), soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), sesameoil, potato starch, ginger powder.
Allergy Information: Cereals containing gluten (i.e. wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridised strains), Soybeans and products thereof and Sesame seeds and products thereof.
