Description: These dough balls can be rolled out to make a 12" thin or 9" deep pizza base. They are extremely versatile and can be used in many types of ovens including wood-fired, stone hearth and fan assisted.
Preparation: For best results thaw out the doughballs in a fridge for at least 12 hours and then remove at least 2 hours before use to allow the yeast work. Roll out in the normal way add sauce and toppings and bake until golden brown.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Yeast, Salt, Flour Treatment agent E300 ascorbic acid.
