Description: Frozen cookie dough pucks of Carnival flavor, 50 pucks per bag of 40g each, 4 bags per case. Carnival cookies have coloured chocolate beans within the dough.
Usage: Do not thaw before baking. Preheat commercial convection oven to 150 deg C, bake form frozen for 11-14 minutes until golden. Do not overbake. They should remain soft when cooled. Actual baking time will depend on the dough temperature, # of cookies baked, oven air flow and oven temperature accuracy. Once baked use within 24 hours.
Keep frozen. When product is pulled from the freezer for baking, the remaining pucks in the bag or case should be returned to the freezer immeadiately. Do not thaw before baking.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Margarine (Palm Oil, Water, Salt, Stabilisers [Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids], Acid [Citric Acid], Vitamin A Palmitate, Colour [Beta Carotene]), Candy Coated Chocolate Chips 15% (Semi Sweet Chocolate[Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Dextrose, Emulsifier {Soya Lecithin}, Vanillin], Sugar, Colours: Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow FCF, Indigo Carmine, Brilliant Blue FCF, Sulphite Ammonia Caramel, Carotene, Glazing Agent [Arabic Gum]), Chocolate Chips 7% (Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Dextrose, Emulsifier [Soya Lecithin], Vanilla), Whole Egg, Molasses, Thickener (Modified Maize Starch), Flavouring, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt.
