Description: Profiterole bianco - Soft choux pastries filled with chocolate cream, covered with a gentle vanilla cream and decorated with milk chocolate curls.
Usage: Defrost thoroughly for 4-5 hours before use. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
