Description: Sponge puddings with a sticky syrup sauce.
Preparation: For best results, always reheat from FROZEN. Remove film lid from pot. Place pot base down on a microwaveable plate and reheat for 35 secs on high (1900W). Ensure pudding reaches a core temperature of at least 75°C before serving. Place serving plate on top of pot and, holding both securely together, swiftly turn over. Gently squeeze around outside of pot to release pudding and slowly pull pot away.
Ingredients: Golden Syrup (31%), Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Water, Salt, Emulsifier: Mono and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Whole Egg, Vegetable Suet (Vegetable Oil, Wheat Flour), Baking Powder (Raising Agents: Di-Sodium Di-Phosphate and Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Wheat Flour, Salt).
