Description: 18 Individual portions of baked apple and blackberry fruit filling topped with crunchy crumble.
Preparation: Can be served hot or cold. If serving cold defrost thoroughly before use. To heat: heat from frozen.
1. Place container on a plate.
2. Microwave from frozen on full power for approximately 20 seconds (950 watt microwave).
3. Secure the top of the container with the forefingers and push the pudding from the base using thumbs.
4. Place on a plate with the fruit at the base.
5. Microwave from frozen on full power for a further 55 seconds (950 watt microwave).
Ingredients: FRUIT FILLING (57%): Apples (25%), blackberries (23%), sugar, modified waxy maize starch.
CRUMBLE (42%): Wheat flour, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, palm stearin, emulsifiers: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, flavouring), sugar and cane molasses, butter.
Allergy Information: Contains milk and wheat gluten
